AOinDesign is just a few days away from being completed. IT HAS BEEN TOOOO LONG!! haha. I have been without an online portfolio for far to long. I have just been so busy! Between moving, work, a relationship and other projects I just have not had time.
I am excited to release the new AOinDesign. I feel this site better suits my needs compared to my last site. And since then I have learned a great deal. I would say my design skills are as best as they ever have been. Same with my coding and video skills as well. All around I have improved 10 fold compared to just a year ago. Though within that time so much as happened in my life. My career in design/development and marketing has taken a jump start with owning my own company, running another and working as the Chief Designer at a local design/marketing firm in downtown Columbus.
Though speaking of which, I am sure a lot of you are wondering what exactly happened with VTGaming.net. I don’t want to bore you with the long story but suffice to say that there were some poor decisions that were made and the company had a falling out. As sad as it is to see all our hard work go down the drain it was not in vain. We all gained a lot out of it. It was probably one the most insightful learning experiences I have had in a long time. Not to mention it was a lot of fun. I enjoyed working with the friends and colleagues I have met over the past 2 years.
With that said, life is settling down and I have had more free time to work on things I want to work on. I also picked up a few side projects as well. One being with (purely coincidence) Variant Gaming (VTGaming). This is not the same VTG I helped create but another company that was already established. I am in the process of making a new site for them and it is coming along great. I can’t wait to release it.
However I think it is time I get back to it! So stay tuned! You will be seeing a lot more of me, and for those who are interested, I will be providing free graphics, insight, tips and advice monthly if not weekly.
<3 you all and take care!
Feel free to send me a message or any questions or concerns you may have. I will respond as soon as possible. Thanks!
